One thing I did not write on my "resolution" list was to exercise more, and be more healthy in general. But to brag a bit, I have started just that! (yay). I started to take a 45 minute walk every (almost)evening. And I must say, it´s a little addicting :-) I also drink more water and skip the cookies, and candy bars til the weekend. Lets see how long this will keep, but I must say..The walking does wonders with me! I feel strengthened. And yes I know , a walk every evening can´t really compare to going to the gym and lifting weights and so on. But it´s good enough for me for the time being. That's great! Honestly, most of us probably don't need to lift weights or do tons of cardio, a simple walk is plenty! Especially when combined with eating (fairly) healthy. Way to go Dana!
